Storefront & Sign Cleaning in DFW

Detail work on the six feet of building that every customer actually looks at.

Signage is the most expensive square footage on the property and the fastest to look neglected. Channel letters collect dirt in their returns, acrylic faces haze, illuminated cabinets show every streak once the lights come on after dark.

This is close, careful work rather than a pressure job — appropriate cleaners for acrylic and polycarbonate, attention to the areas that read from the parking lot, and glass left genuinely clear instead of merely wet.

What this covers

  • Illuminated cabinets and channel letters
  • Monument and pylon signs
  • Entry glass and door frames
  • Awnings and entry canopies
  • Window frames, sills and thresholds
  • Menu boards and directional signage

Questions

Storefront & Sign Cleaning — what people ask

Will cleaning damage my illuminated sign?
Not the way we do it. Channel letters, lightboxes and vinyl faces get low pressure and a gentle detergent. Pressure forced into a sign cabinet finds the seals, and a sign that fills with water fails electrically some weeks later, which is a far bigger bill than the cleaning.
Do you clean the windows as well?
The exterior glass in the cleaned area, yes — leaving run marks down a shopfront after washing the facade above it defeats the point. Full interior and upper-story window cleaning is a different trade and we will say so rather than quote it.
How long does a storefront take?
A single unit is usually under two hours. A strip of tenancies is planned as one visit, which is materially cheaper per unit than booking them separately and is the usual reason a property manager calls rather than an individual tenant.
